What does it cost to use the platform?
Registering, listing an offer and posting a request are free — there are no listing fees. We are an independent broker and are paid a brokerage commission on a concluded deal, agreed with you up front.
Who can see that my company is behind an offer?
Nobody, until you decide otherwise. Counterparties see the product, specification, volume and location — not your identity. We broker the introduction and reveal names only when both sides agree to deal.
How long does verification (KYC) take?
Most applications are reviewed within one to two business days. You can follow the status, upload documents and ask questions any time on your application page.
Which documents do you need from me?
A company registration extract, your sustainability certificate (ISCC EU, REDcert or 2BSvs) where applicable, and the details of the person authorised to trade. Your application page lists exactly what is still outstanding.
Which products can I trade here?
Waste oils and residues, animal fats, pyrolysis oils, FAME biodiesel (UCOME, RME, TME, PME, SME and more), HVO and renewable diesel, SAF, and biogas co-products. The full list is in the product library.
What does the GHG figure on an offer mean?
It is the greenhouse gas intensity in gCO2eq/MJ as stated on the Proof of Sustainability. The platform shows the saving against the fossil comparator of 94 gCO2eq/MJ. Always ask on which basis a counterparty calculated a saving percentage — an older comparator of 83.8 is still in circulation and gives a different number.
Are the prices in the ticker tradable quotes?
No. They are our own indicative marks, shown for orientation, with the date they were last set. A firm price always comes from an offer or from us directly.

Use the 'Forgot password?' link on the login page. After five failed attempts an account is locked for ten minutes; if you are still stuck, e-mail us and we will unlock it.
